This is a post-WW II version and manufacture of the Walther P38 semi-auto pistol. Exact manufacture date is unknown but typically these models were made after 1962. The primary difference between the P38 WW II version and the post-war P1 is that the lower receiver of the P1 is aluminium. This pistol comes with one 9 round P38 magazine. Finish is 99% and bore is also in excellent condition. This would be a fun shooter or something to add to your collection. This is not a rare firearm but it’s condition makes it suitable for someone interested in the Walther line of military pistols that follow the Luger lineage.
